Kart Kickoff is a cartoon kart racing game where eight footballers swap their boots for go-karts. Race three laps around training grounds, city streets, stadium roofs and a snowy arena, with roaring crowds, floodlights and advertising boards all around the track.
Every race is part of a four-race Grand Prix. Finish high enough to go through, collect points and lift the cup. Drift through corners to charge blue, orange and purple mini-turbos, smash through item balls for bouncing balls, mud puddles, speed boots, shields, whistles and the dreaded Golden Boot, and chase your own ghost in Time Trial.
How to play
- Your kart speeds up on its own. Steer left and right to stay on the track.
- Hold DRIFT while you turn into a corner. The longer you drift, the bigger the turbo when you let go.
- Drive through the glowing item balls and tap ITEM to throw, drop or use what you got.
- Finish in the place shown at the top (TOP 3, TOP 2 or 1ST) to go through to the next race.
- Top the points table after the four races of a cup to lift the trophy, then try Time Trial to beat your ghost.
Frequently asked questions
Is Kart Kickoff free?
Yes. Every race can be won with the free kart and without spending coins. Coins are optional.
How do I get a mini-turbo?
Hold DRIFT while steering through a corner. Sparks turn blue, then orange, then purple. Let go of DRIFT to fire a turbo; purple is the longest.
What happens if I finish too low?
You are knocked out of the cup, but you can continue the Grand Prix and retry that race. The first continue is free, or start the cup again from race 1.
What are HARD and SUPER HARD races?
Every 5th race is HARD on a mirrored track and you must finish in the top 2. Every 10th race is SUPER HARD and only a win will do. They pay double and triple cash, and the race after them is easier.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. It plays in portrait and landscape with big touch buttons, and with the keyboard on desktop.
