Cut the Net
Physics PuzzleSwipe across the ropes to snip them, swing the ball past studs and feed the keeper.
About Cut the Net
Cut the Net is a rope-cutting physics puzzle with a football twist. The ball hangs from ropes above the pitch, and your hungry little keeper waits in his goal below. Swipe across a rope to cut it, let the ball swing, and cut the last one at just the right moment so it flies into his gloves.
Eighty levels across four boxes, from the Training Ground to a floodlit Night Match and a Snow Derby, add boot studs that pop the ball, bubbles that float it up, hooks that grab it, air cushions, magnets, sliding anchors and teleport pipes. Every fifth level is a HARD level worth double cash, and every tenth is SUPER HARD for triple cash.
How to play
- Swipe across a rope to cut it. Cut several ropes in one swipe if you like.
- Watch the swing and cut at the right moment so the ball flies toward the keeper.
- Collect the three stars on the way for a perfect level.
- Tap bubbles to pop them, tap air cushions to blow and tap magnets to switch them on or off.
- Stuck? Use REWIND to go back 3 seconds, or a HINT to see the cut order.
Frequently asked questions
Is Cut the Net free?
Yes. Every level can be finished without spending coins. Coins are optional.
How do I get three stars?
Every level has a path that collects all three stars. Try a different cut order or wait for a bigger swing. A hint shows the exact order and moment.
What are HARD and SUPER HARD levels?
Every 5th level is HARD and pays double cash, every 10th is SUPER HARD and pays triple. The level after them is an easier one to catch your breath.
What does REWIND do?
It takes the game back 3 seconds, ropes and stars included, so you can retry a single cut. Your first rewind is free.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. It plays in portrait and landscape with one finger, and also with a mouse or keyboard on desktop.
